Description

• The truth is being told right now in our bodies, through our stress loads, in the workplace, in our communities and across groups – the stories have been a long time in the making. When historical traumas intersect, the resulting impact is felt deeply. Walking with eyes wide open into work and social situations where navigating the impact of structures can bring awareness and full clarity of experience that exponentially increases the effects of resulting pain and suffering, or in other words the truth is in the trauma. Join us in this workshop where we explore ways to identify elements tied to identity and challenge situations as a result of systems to empower overcoming negative impacts and outcomes. Let’s explore what BIPOC need to successfully navigate their experience within the world of systems in ways that inspire.

• Through interactive methods such as small group and large group discussion, scenario role playing, and vote by phone engagement participation will be facilitated in fun and relevant ways. See you there!
