Corey China is currently part of the K-12 Education team with the Minnesota Humanities Center and develops professional development workshops for educators and school partners. She has a program management background in the creative industries and has worked as a consultant and project manager for non-profit, higher-education, and public sector organizations. She received her M.A. in Postcolonial Literature and Ph.D. in English Literature from the Institute of English Studies, University of London. Corey grew up in Denver, CO, and has lived in Minneapolis for nine years with her husband and two kids. She enjoys adventuring with her family, reading science-fiction, and using the Oxford comma.
