                                                    Regina Seabrook, a 2010 finalist for Minnesota Teacher of the Year, is the founder and lead consultant for American Dialogue Company, LLC. She has a strong background in culturally responsive curriculum and instruction. She recently piloted, in partnership with Teachers of Color, American Indian Teachers and metro area HR directors, a professional learning series for HR professionals and hiring supervisors that is specifically focused on teacher retention. She continues to do research in this area as a doctoral student at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She earned Bachelor Degrees in Sociology from Hamline University and Social Studies Education from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, a Master’s Degree in Education from Hamline University, and her principal and superintendent credentials from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and other outdoor adventures with family and friends.
