Regina has spent the majority of her career working with adult education programs. She previously worked at Augsburg University's Center for Global Education where she oversaw administration and programming and managed a multicultural team based in 6 countries. She most recently worked for the University of Minnesota Extension supporting over 35 program teams working on agriculture, water, food systems, and natural resources. She has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She has lived in 5 other countries and has a passion for intercultural engagement.
