William Moore,(He/Him) A member of FREC, (Facilitating Racial Equity Collaborative), since the 2011 Overcoming Racism conference, “The White Racial Frame”, with Dr. Joe R. Feagin the writer of the book of the same name and the keynote for Friday morning. Ever since that I have served on FREC program planning committee.

A member of Saint Paul Branch of NAACP, since 2010, and serve on the Executive Board of the NAACP Minnesota/Dakota State Conference as Chair of the Economic Development Committee, since 2012. Employed at Hennepin County Health & Human Services in Integrated Planning & Analysis as a Senior Planning Analysis since 1998. Educated at the University of Wisconsin at River Falls with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal Arts with a psychology major and a sociology minor. A 40-year resident of Saint Paul, proud husband of 35 years, parent of three children, and grandparent of three toddlers.
