In our workshop, we will present some of the history of racialized trauma and healing as we also explore the racialized trauma framework from Resmaa Menakem and Joy Degruy Leary. Through stories, poetry, and conversation, we will help people explore this topic through an embodied methodology, helping them reflect on their own somatic responses.
