This workshop is a peer-discussion among BIPOC and other community development practitioners about racially-biased nonprofit ecosystem practices that prevent BIPOC-led organizations from building capacity, achieving positive outcomes for their communities, and long-term sustainability. Participants will leave with information, tools, and resources that help shift the balance of power in the nonprofit sector.
