Ramsey County is in the process of re-imagining itself and its role in ending systemic racism. We've created a Race Equity Vision and Policy to help guide our work. In this workshop, we'll share where we are to date and ask participants to use a race equity lens to hold us accountable to be inclusive of ALL. Participants may find this dialogue process helpful to use in organizations they work with in their personal & professional lives.
