The session will introduce Intercultural Innovations Incorporated (I3) copywritten system thinking tools, including the CLEAR (Culture, Learning, Equitable, Achievement and Responsive) Model, the Capacity Equation, the 3Cs of Change, and the 4R equation. Together we will explore CLEAR lessons that will strengthen site-based leadership and pedagogical practices, leading to equitable student achievement. The session is designed to be a collaborative learning session for educators at all levels.
