Alan Toussaint (He, Him, His) is a second year M.A. English student at St. Cloud State University. He’s also the Graduate Assistant for the LGBT Resource Center at St. Cloud State. Alan was born and raised in Tampa, FL and received his B.A. in English from the University of South Florida.
Alan has presented at various conferences including the Midwest Bisexual Lesbian Gay Transgender Asexual College Conference, Queer Students of Color Conference and others. In addition, he was the LGBTQ+ Program Specialist at Metro Inclusive Health in St. Petersburg, FL.
Once Alan graduates from SCSU, he hopes to pursue work involving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within higher education or in the non-profit field. Outside of school and presenting at various conferences, Alan loves to explore the many state parks in Minnesota and read books.
