Adepeju Solarin (‘Peju) is a Minnesota-born Nigerian, holding doctoral and graduate degrees with an international and national focus on conflict management and resolutions. 

An experienced relationship builder and collaborator, ‘Peju serves as Chief Collaboration Officer for the Minnesota Cooperative Conflict Collaborative. The Collaborative provides an alternative as Minnesota’s inclusive venture for conflict practitioners of professionals of all hues, orientations and color (Black, Brown, and White) affording a truly respectful and more robust approach to conflict.
