Dr. Alvin Killough, Ph.D. is CEO of Diversity2 (Diversity Squared) which provides the leadership, expertise, and track-record to enable organizations, agencies, and community organizations to better leverage their own and others’ skills and experiences to add culturally responsive value to their client/consumer/customer-business engagements.

Dr. Killough is a Cultural-Ecological Psychologist, living a history of “standing-in- the-gap” for underserved and understudied populations through his scholarly research, public speaking engagements on race in the learning context of education and healthcare, and a 15-year history of external consultancies with the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services, U.S. National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Administration, and the U.S. Congressionally Directed Medical Research Panels on matters of race and cultural responsiveness. He is well-published with over 30 journal and book chapters in social and behavioral medicine, including issues in social justice and 11 publications by students mentored; conducted over 60 public engagements in terms of presentations, posters, exhibits, and workshops, including YouTube videos; and received over 30 media citations.
