Mrs. Eryn Killough, M.Ed. is a principal consultant with Diversity2 (Diversity Squared) advising underserved populations that are too often undervalued, marginalized, or minimized by culturally unresponsive patterns of practices and policies. She is an experienced translational research specialist in reconceptualizing social, economic and political pathologies, and organizational practices that can lead to health and education disparities. She has co-authored 7 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on ethnocentrism in the educational system in the United States, and conducted workshops on race, ethnicity, and the absence of connectivity between Black and White professionals in the workplace and learning contexts. Mrs. Killough is also an instructor in Adult Education.
