Kiesha Lamb is a Director of Educational Equity in the New England area on the east coast and has a B.A. in Educational Equity and the Arts from Metropolitan State University (StP). Kiesha has sought out equity throughout her career, from her early days of direct service as a paraprofessional in Saint Paul Public Schools, to her work as a professional development facilitator and private consultant nationwide. Kiesha has dedicated her career to seeking equity in the classroom and community alike. She prioritizes using her skills and passion for Equity Leadership to creatively redesign and transform education to advance student achievement and coach stakeholders invested in authentic student and family success. You might remember experiencing her workshop during the 10th annual FREC conference. When she’s not busy working she’s focused on writing, traveling (COVID, yikes!), and healing.
