Diana-Christine Teodorescu, EDD, MA, LMFT, RPT-S, CPCC. She has a doctorate in Leadership with a focus on Historic, Inter-Generational and RaceBased Trauma; Institutional, Systemic, and Structural Racism; the Impact and Implications of Whiteness; Epigentics, Cultural Humility and Human Inclusion; Personal Growth, Community Healing, Social Justice; and Organizational Development. Diana holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology, and a post-Master’s certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has supported human beings and organizations in their transformational and adaptive processes since 1991. Diana utilizes a strengths-based, collaborative perspective, incorporating servant and transformational leadership approaches. She has worked extensively with complex trauma and ACEs; understands embodied and somatic dimensions of trauma; and, integrates an attachmentattunement, neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, human development, and systems based perspective. Specialty areas include process facilitation; collaborative dialogue; leadership, management, personnel, strategic planning, and program development; instructional design; implicit bias; coaching; peace mediation; and healing. Creativity, imagination, play, and mindfulness are essential adjunctive tools that are incorporated in any process. In addition, Diana collaboratively consults, teaches, presents, keynotes, provides training, facilitation, and/or hosts conversations with people, communities, and organizations across disciplines locally and nationally.
