Anne Gomez, MA, Principal at Picture This Graphic Recording & Facilitation, is a skilled and creative Visual Harvester, facilitator, and trainer who has worked with educational institutions, public, and nonprofit organizations on a variety of topics. Anne is skilled at translating real-time conversations or presentations into text and pictures. By capturing ideas and content visually on mural-sized charts, Anne draws in participants to become an active part of the process. This connectedness allows participants to see and absorb more, and be able to make decisions with deeper insight and understanding. Anne is able to process large amounts of information, recognize patterns, and help surface emerging perspectives. Her work acknowledges and amplifies voice and invites collaborative meaning making. These content-rich artistic charts of the group's thinking provide a visual report of the proceedings, creating a launching pad for future actions and further discussions with stakeholders and community members. Much of Anne’s work centers on equity and racial justice. Anne is particularly drawn to working on multi-stakeholder collaborations and learning for social impact. She is a strong advocate and believer in meaningfully and thoughtfully engaging key stakeholders, as well as intentionally involving those needed to create the intended change and/or affected by the change. Anne has worked with grassroots & community organizations, state & government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofits and foundations who are focused on addressing systemic inequities and institutional racism.
