What is culture and how can we be proactive to shape the culture we envision for ourselves and our communities? We will take inventory of various aspects of our own cultural identity, reflect and discuss whether these aspects are visible or invisible, and/or provide advantage or disadvantage in social spaces and systems. How can we use our aspects of advantage to elevate others? We will suspend judgement and embrace compassion to dig deep into our own identity to enable us to recognize our similarities and celebrate our differences!
