Participants will learn about the functions of power and how to create spaces for different aspects of culture, creating spaces with these two components in mind supports the organization in making space for people to show up more fully.

Individuals will have an opportunity to engage with theory, and further the conversation in small groups reflecting on what phases of power show up in their work, and brainstorming ways to disrupt them if that feels necessary. Participants will also learn about philosophical aspect of culture that will support them in their organizations to create spaces that are more accessible using tools that are relevant in a given cultural context.
