This workshop shows how transformational change is achieved through structured dialogue, shared learning, emotional exchange and care-filled risk-taking; an examination of US legacy of racism as received and imposed normative and conventional social arrangements; a critical analysis pedagogy of purpose-driven sociological informed objectives and in-depth targeted curriculum, and effective facilitation.
