How do you build and support a community-wide commitment to racial justice? Rochester Nonprofit Consortium, in partnership with 75 organizations are trying to do just that. Each organization has committed to listen, learn and act to create a community of belonging. Join us to hear about lessons learned, challenges faced and successes achieved.

Terri Allred from the Rochester Nonprofit Consortium, Dee Sabol from the Diversity Council and Julie Brock from Cradle to Career will share a presentation on the development and implementation of this initiative with particular attention to sharing steps that could be duplicated in other communities. We will have time for discussion and questions and answers.
