Tiffany Thompson leads Echoing Green's equity-driven work. She leads the inclusive entrepreneurship and racial equity strategy at Echoing Green by developing global and cross-sector partnerships, manages thought leadership initiatives, and works collaboratively across the organization to build equity concepts into all aspects of Echoing Green's strategy.

Tiffany comes to Echoing Green with more than a decade of leading equity-driven social impact and social innovation program design and implementation. Before returning to Echoing Green, Tiffany served as an independent consultant. She worked with social innovators and social impact organizations to develop culturally competent impact strategy plans—working with clients such as Tech Talent Project, Advocates for Youth, and Forbes 30 under 30.

Tiffany previously served as Senior Associate for Echoing Green's Black Male Achievement Fellowship Program, where she supported next-gen social entrepreneurs dedicated to improving the life outcomes of Black men & boys in the U.S. She helped expand Echoing Green's Black Male Achievement Fellowship and collaborated to secure $2.1 million to support the fellowship program. Before this, she served as the My Brother's Keeper Engagement Associate, where she partnered with senior White House administrative officials to support President Barack Obama's My Brother's Keeper Community Challenge. Tiffany also worked with Deloitte LLP on the launch strategy for The My Brother's Keeper Alliance, now entirely housed within the Obama Foundation. She also worked for the Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter's Philadelphia Youth Commission and AccessMatters' CDC teen pregnancy prevention initiative.

Tiffany currently serves as Board Chair for WeThrive, a non-profit organization. She was named a top 100 Black youth leader by the Black Youth Project and given the Philadelphia NAACP Humanitarian Award. Tiffany holds a certificate in leadership development and earned her bachelor's degree from Temple University and her Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was a Sheila C. Johnson Fellow with the Center for Public Leadership.
