Temi Ogunrinde is the Director of Equity and Engagement for Urban Homeworks, a North Minneapolis based non-profit organization whose mission is “to lead the fight for housing justice so that all people have a safe, stable, and dignified place to live.” At Urban Homeworks, Temi leads our community engagement, policy strategy and homeownership pathways initiatives. Through her work, Urban Homeworks is advancing housing policy and initiatives that are truly community centered and aligned.
Temi joined Urban Homeworks in 2022 and has years of experience in the housing justice space as well as an undergraduate degree in Nonprofit Management which she received at the Carlson School of Management and her Masters in Public Policy that she obtained at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. In 2023, Temi was recognized as a Here is Minneapolis recipient for her work in advancing housing justice in Minneapolis.
