Kendra Pressley is an experienced, knowledgeable strategist and leader dedicated to achieving cultural competency and racial reconciliation. She serves as the Manager of RTI’s Employee Resource Group Program, whose strategic objectives are raising awareness of equity, diversity, inclusion & belonging; creating a supportive work environment for the diverse array of talent; and providing leadership and professional development where opportunities may not otherwise be available. Her strategic oversight has ensured that diverse and intersectional perspectives are included in RTI’s operations, marketing, and business activities. Pressley advocates for a supportive workplace where all feel valued, seen, heard, and a sense of belonging.
Pressley has served as the Chair of the Black Employee Resource Group - securing alignment to streamline both the organization and its mission (to create a supportive workplace for the Black workforce) and the creation of the BERG Ally Committee. She is a skilled facilitator in workplace and courageous conversations and forums on race-related topics both at and outside RTI.
