Many BIPOC-led and white-led organizations’ missions are furthered through partnerships with each other. However, even with good intentions, white staff still act out unresolved racism, causing frustration and trauma in BIPOC staff. We’ll explore strategies to help both white and BIPOC staff form more sustainable and satisfying partnerships across race.

After the workshop presenters seed the discussion with information related to their experiences and knowledge, this workshop will include small and large group discussion among participants so all may share their knowledge and increase the joint learning.
