Vic is a professional facilitator and coach and currently the Director of the Career & Professional Development Center at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. He also is the founder and owner of Cygnus 360, LLC - a facilitation and coaching consultancy. Vic is on a mission to help and support helpers by connecting with and inspiring folx to make a positive impact in the world. He approaches this work through facilitation, coaching, and teaching with the aim to help people discover their gifts and become their true, powerful, authentic selves. He is deeply passionate about social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion and is at his best when he is serving others. Prior to working for the School of Public Health, he was a career counselor at the University of Minnesota Law School. Vic is also an Air Force veteran and served as a personnel administrator assisting people and departments through various personal and organizational transitions. He holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN, and is a past president of the Minnesota Career Development Association. Vic also serves as past president and current board member of the nonprofit Compassionate Action for Animals.
