Cancellation Policy/No Refunds
FREC is unable to offer refunds. Therefore, if your schedule changes and you can no longer attend the conference, we recommend that you offer your ticket to someone else, then go in and edit your registration to change the attendee information. Thank you for understanding.
To begin your registration enter your email. If you are registering for multiple people, you will need to enter each attendee's information separately and use unique email addresses for each attendee. Please note that we will be emailing attendees before the conference so please do enter the attendee's correct email address. Starred items are required.
In-Person Tickets
Please note that the auditorium only holds 300 people. If you would like to be seated in the auditorium, please select the yes option below. All others will experience the Friday sessions live via a TV screen in other locations at Metro State University. The live, in-person ticket price includes light refreshments and lunch and afternoon sessions.
Off-site Live stream Tickets
Pull your staff, students or leadership team together to livestream the keynote presentations to help continue your commitment to education and equity throughout your organization.
Indigenous/Native PersonsFREC recognizes that the indigenous peoples of Turtle Island (North America) are the rightful occupants of this land and have a pre-existing right to be at the conference. Therefore, people who self-identify as indigenous may register for free.
American Descendants of Slavery
People who self-identify as American Descendants of Slavery, descendants of enslaved Africans in the area that would become the United States, may register for free.
Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length, can be uppercase or lowercase, or a combination of both but the password as entered will be case sensitive.
Please note that if one of the below options says "closed" or is not visible it means the auditorium is full. When the auditorium is full we will seat you in overflow areas on the Metropolitan State University campus where you will experience the plenary via livestream. Please continue to register and select the afternoon Sector Discussion Sessions you would like to attend. NOTE: All Sector Discussion Sessions are live and in person ONLY. There are no Zoom or live stream options for Sector Discussion Sessions.
