To open the conference, we are delighted to have as our keynote Ruth Buffalo, the first Native American woman elected to the legislature in North Dakota.

Following Ruth Buffalo’s keynote, we will have a discussion that will be moderated by Mala Thao, co-emcee and FREC Member with Kevin Reese of Until We Are All Free; Julio Zelaya, Director of Advocacy and The Greater MN Racial Justice Project, American Civil Liberties Union of MN; and Ze Thao Sengsoulichanh, Community Organizer
